It’s a new year, and I’m excited about the prospects and growth to come. At the end of each year, I choose a word of the year for the new year to come. I’m sharing my 2023 word of the year with you all in this episode.
With my word of the year, I’m focusing not on anything new, but on supporting what I already have going in my business and making sure that it aligns with what I want for myself, both professionally and personally.
My hope for you is that you spend some time getting really clear on what success means to you—not on how you think it should be defined or based on others’ thoughts and values. My hope is that 2023 is the year that you continue to uncover the truest version of yourself and show up as that person the best that you can every day.
On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:
- Why it’s important to honor what success looks like to you as an individual instead of measuring yourself against someone else’s ideals
- How finding support in some way in 2023 will help you become the most aligned version of your CEO self
- My word of the year for 2023, and the questions I’m asking and the values I’m prioritizing this year
