As we near the end of the year, I begin to look ahead.
And while I don’t believe in overworking myself in Q4 to prepare for the coming year, I do believe in setting my intentions for the future. I know myself, and I know that, once I commit to a vision, I will stop at nothing to achieve it.
The singular practice that has aided me most is my “word of the year.”
Defining my word of the year is non-negotiable. It sets me on the right course, provides a jumping-off point for the new year. Even as my life and business shift, my word remains the one unchanging waypoint I can count on.
So before the new year begins, set your intention and define your own word of the year. Commit to it, share it, and see yourself thrive.
On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:
