A lot of times in business, you’ll hear these two terms interchangeably: growth and scaling.
The truth is that these concepts aren’t all that similar.
You can have growth without scaling but to scale your business and take it to that next level, you’ll have to understand what it means to scale.
You’ll have to learn and put scaling techniques into practice to ultimately grow your bottom line while keeping the joy and running a business that you love.
