Do you have a word of the year for 2021? Whether you already have one or this is your first time even hearing of it, this episode has some insight for you.
I want to talk about your word of the year. You might call it your focus or theme of the year. Whatever you call it works for me!
I started doing a word of the year three years ago. My very first word of the year was abundance, and having that word to focus on was transformational for me. That’s why I want you to have one too.
We’re going to talk about my word of the year, what a word of the year even is, and why I think you need one.
On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:
- What a word of the year is
- Why having a word of the year is so important
- How to remind yourself throughout the year what your word is
- The importance of setting boundaries on your time
- Some examples of a word of the year
- The power of having that theme for your year
- How to narrow it down to one word or theme
- Why you need boundaries to support your word
Come over to The UpLevel Lounge Facebook group and share your word of the year. Sharing your word will help to keep you more accountable and will also inspire others in the group!
I can’t wait to hear what you land on for 2021!

Melissa
