As business owners, we’re constantly tweaking our processes and trying to figure out how to sustainably scale instead of settling into contentment in our business. We have goals for higher revenue, shorter hours, vacations where we actually go on vacation, and more time with family. It can feel like you’re constantly working toward something that will always be a work in progress.
You may wonder, will I ever be content?
In today’s episode, I’m talking about how I’ve achieved contentment in my business, where I still have room for growth, and how to recognize contentment as a journey.
The truth is that contentment is ongoing. It takes time, and it’s most likely that you will achieve it over time, in stages—and definitely in a different way than other entrepreneurs around you. Your contentment is personal, and it’s worth every effort you make to achieve it.
On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:
