Today I want to talk about something that comes up a lot in coaching, and that’s the term, “becoming the CEO of your business.”
What does “becoming” actually mean?
I want to get into this because it looks so different for everyone depending on where you are in your journey, and I think it’s healthy to talk about and normalize some of the frustrations that we all face along the way.
My hope is that this discussion will help you to know that you can get past the seasons of overwhelm, and you can reach your goals.
On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:
- How to become CEO of your business while still working a full-time job
- That you are exactly where you need to be
- Everyone else is not ahead of you
- Fear-based thinking and scarcity mindset will not help you
- What it means to step into your role as a CEO
- Why you need clear boundaries in your life
- How to have the confidence to put yourself out there
We’re all on different journeys to becoming the CEO of our businesses, and we all face challenges on our journeys. Let’s talk about them together and overcome them together.
I want to hear what you’re going to do right now to start becoming the CEO of your business. Come on over to The UpLevel Lounge Facebook group and share it with me!
