I regularly meet with a group of women who are leaders in my industry. We share ideas, hash out frustrations, and lift each other up. It’s one of the most positive experiences in my professional life.
Many people might see us as “competitors,” and it’s certainly easy to view your peers as competition. The truth is that we have different business models, individual experiences, and unique expertise that set us apart, even though we’re in the same space.
